1. Introduction

LearnShopDev provides educational materials focused on Shopify development. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

3. Payments, Access & Refunds

• Pricing: Course prices are displayed at checkout and may change over time.
• Access: Unless otherwise stated, course purchases grant you personal, non-transferable, lifetime access.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day refund window provided you haven’t consumed a substantial portion of the course (e.g., more than 20%).
• Taxes: You’re responsible for any applicable taxes or fees required by law.

4. License to Use the Content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, publicly display, or create competing products derived from the content without our express permission.

5. Your Content

If you submit posts, comments, code, or other materials (“User Content”) to the Services, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You’re responsible for your User Content and must ensure you have the rights to share it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate the law.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated data collection without permission.
• No sharing of your account or course materials publicly or with unauthorized users.
• No attempts to disrupt or compromise the security or integrity of the Services.

7. Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnShopDev and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LearnShopDev, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or used the Services in a way that could cause harm. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located where LearnShopDev primarily operates, subject to applicable conflict-of-law principles.
